Customers may also check the status of their repair at any time using the Status On Demand system available on our website. Customers can also elect to receive SMS/text message updates to their mobile phone. Paceline staff at the local autobody repair center, and representatives at our toll-free corporate line, are also equipped to assist customers with any issue.
